Orcs and Starships.

Alternate Earths and Flying Battleships.

Ryan Abe writes genre-clashing novels. His first book, THE PATHFINDERS, is a science-fantasy somewhere between Warcraft and Starship Troopers. And his second is STORMHEART, a diesalpunk-fantasy featuring real-world warships warring in the skies above a 1930s alternate earth.
